Alexis married her high school sweetheart and they have a daughter named Emmy. Her fondest memory is playing board games with her extended family on Christmas Eve. If she’s out having fun, you might find her singing “I Wanna Dance with You” by Whitney Houston or eating gobs of boiled crawfish.

Melana has an Associates in Dental Hygiene degree from Southern University. She entered the dental field because she’s always loved helping people. In fact, one of her favorite parts of her job is educating patients on the proper techniques for oral maintenance and then seeing the difference it makes in their smiles and lives.
She and her husband have four children together. Her favorite family tradition is sitting around the dinner table, enjoying each other’s company.
Rikki decided to become a hygienist her freshman year in high school. After graduation, she went on to get a Bachelor’s of Dental Hygiene degree.

Her favorite family memories are going to her aunt’s house over the holidays to sing carols and open presents. Leah graduated from the Acadamy of Acadiana as an expanded duty dental assistant and began working for Dr. Theriot in 2009. There are two things she loves about her job. One is when she’s able to anticipate what the doctor wants before he wants it. Second is when the day goes just the way they planned it in the morning meeting.
That may explain one of her pet peeves. Leah hates it when someone is late to an appointment. Her other pet peeve is when someone doesn’t put something back in its designated place.
